MAKING THE MOULD
Our moulds are individually made by master craftsmen, built to the design you’ve chosen. They’re constructed from hardwood for maximum strength during the casting process. The detail worked into the moulds by our joiners ensure that a staggering level of detail and elegance can be pressed into the concrete.
REINFORCEMENT
When the mould preparation is complete it is time for our team of steel fixers to come to the fore. Closely following our engineers drawings, they will cut, bend and tie the specified rebar to create the reinforcement cage which will be carefully placed inside the mould, in readiness for casting.

MAKING THE STAIRS
To make the stairs themselves, we pour high quality concrete into the moulds after they’ve been created and allow it to set. This is where the skill of our master joiners becomes most important: the intricacy and detail of the mould will translate perfectly into the concrete itself. After the concrete is set, the mould is removed.

QUALITY AT EVERY STAGE
At every stage during the production process, our quality control operatives will monitor each aspect of the process. From the raw materials used for concrete production, to the mould construction and assembly of the reinforcement, our team will ensure that all quality levels are achieved to provide precast units of the highest standards.
THE FINISHING PROCESS
After our units are removed from the moulds, one of our experienced concrete finishers will, if necessary, remove any blemishes from our units leaving a top quality finished product. Only then, after a final quality check, will our units be ready for delivery.
